Essential skills for this position Ericsson MD110, Avaya SDX telephone switch and Call Centre Configuration.
The Telephony team consists of 7 individuals responsible for supporting our offices at East India Dock (EID) and Barking with approximately 700 users spread across both. The systems supported are an Ericsson MD110 and Avaya SDX telephone switch. These are complimented by both Nicelog and Eyretel call recorders and Tiger and Callview call loggers. The Barking site consists of a large call centre environment there is also a small call centre at EID therefore knowledge of a call centre configuration is essential. The Telephony team is responsible in all for approximately 15 servers running both NT & Windows 2000. Due to the nature of the team and technology involved it is likely that this is an area of Communications that is will expand.
